This commercial production was an adventure in itself, with the guiding keywords for our video production brief being "Adventure" and "Versatility." Our client aimed to put their product to the test and demonstrate to consumers just how worry-free it can be to use one of these exceptional speakers attached to the handlebars of a bicycle or motorbike. The objective was to convey a sense of adventure, action, and more.
Remarkably, this commercial production product's versatility not only met our own expectations but also challenged everyone involved in the video production process. Instead of us testing the product, it ended up testing our creativity and adaptability to bring its unique features to life.
For this commercial production, we assembled our production team and embarked on a mountain adventure, albeit with less equipment than we ideally wanted due to the challenging terrain that demanded agility. Our gear included 02 Black Magic cameras (01 BMPCC + 01 BMMCC), Canon Primes, a substantial silver reflector, and two skilled Grips whose assistance was indispensable, allowing us to handle both direction and cinematography.
For each setup, we allocated a portion of our time to capture still images, utilizing the same lighting setup prepared for filming. We efficiently managed our logistics with the use of 02 vans: one dedicated to the models and makeup team, and the other for our film crew. It's crucial to note that we never mixed the two—a key aspect of our operation.
Despite our tight schedule, the unwavering enthusiasm of every crew member turned this project into more of a field trip than work. Each team member's passion for their role made it feel like an unforgettable adventure.
